Beryllium foils and x-ray windows

VNIINM, JSC produces vacuum-tight beryllium foil and windows for x-ray equipment with a thickness of 50 microns to 200 microns and a diameter of up to 50 mm at Company's experimental site. X-ray windows manufactured by VNIINM, JSC have successfully passed endurance tests in booth-type x-ray machines. High purity of beryllium in terms of radio-opaque impurities (<500 ppm, in particular, of iron ?100ppm) may be provided at customer request. We are able to grind and polish the surface of x-ray windows.
