The procedure for manuscript submission and publication

Procedure for the submission and publication of manuscripts for the scientific and technical journal “Problems of Atomic Science and Technology. Materials Technology and New Materials Series” (PAST)

1. The publication of scientific and technical papers in the PAST journal is free. Information exchange and communication between the authors and the editorial board will  be done via e-mail – MikVaPozdeev@bochvar.ru.
2. Article texts are to be made in accordance with “MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS.” Manuscripts, the permission for open publication, and cover letters are to be sent to the e-mail address MikVaPozdeev@bochvar.ru.
3. Articles that do not meet the requirements for submission will be sent back to their authors for revision. Texts which meet the requirements are sent to be reviewed in accordance with the “PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING MANUSCRIPTES SUBMITTED FOR PUBLICATION IN THE PAST JOURNAL “MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY AND NEW MATERIALS” SERIES.
4. In the case of a negative verdict by a reviewer, the authors will be sent a refusal to publish their materials via e-mail. In the case of a positive verdict by the reviewer, the author will be sent an e-mail acknowledgment of the manuscript's publication.
5. After the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the author(s) must complete, sign, and send a hard copy of the “LICENSE AGREEMENT HELD WITH THE AUTHORS OF AN ARTICLE, TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE JOURNAL FAST”
6. After receiving a copy of the contract, the article is sent to be laid-out.
7. After the article's publication, one copy of the journal is sent to each author free of charge.
