Labor Protection

VNIINM, JSC maintains the labor Protection Management System aimed at protecting the life and health of employees. The System is a set of measures to maintain safe work conditions at the workplaces, reduce the number of injuries and maintain the health of employees. In accordance with Federal Law No. 426-FZ of 28.12.2013 "On special assessment of working conditions", VNIINM, JSC conducts a special assessment of working conditions at workplaces on a regular basis. Based on the results of the special assessment of working conditions, a list of measures to improve the working conditions of employees is developed.
